    • 응모자격(Eligibility)​
      –  국내 거주 외국인 (개인 또는 2인 구성 팀)​     ※ 외국인: 외국인 유학생, 결혼이민자, 외국인 근로자, 영주권자, 외국 국적 동포 등  
      –  Any foreign resident in Korea (As an individual or team; up to 2 members in a team)​ ​     ※ International foreign student, marriage immigrant, foreign worker,           permanent resident, Korean of Foreign Nationality etc​
    • 공모주제(Theme)
      – 매력이 넘치는 전라북도  
      – 외국인의 관점에서 바라본 전라북도만의 특별한 매력을 표현하는 내용     ※ 소재 예시는 첨부파일 모집 공고문 참고​  
      –  Attractions in Jeollabuk-do  
      – Create 5-minute video showing the special charm of Jeollabuk-do from a foreigner’s point of view​      ※ Please refer to the examples of topic in the attachment below
    • 공모분야(Category)
      – 영상 콘텐츠 공모​     · 장르형태 : 다큐멘터리, 애니메이션, 브이로그, 광고, 영화 등 장르제한 없음     · 영상분량 : 5분 이내​     · 영상화질 : ​1920*1080 권장, 16:9 또는 1:1 비율     · 파일형식 : MP4, AVI, WMV, MOV 표준 코덱(영상 카메라 또는 스마트폰 촬영)     ·​ 영상자막 : 영어 제작-​ 한국어 자막 / 한국어 제작-모국어 자막 중 택 1  
      – Video    · Genre : Documentary, Animation, V-log, Commercial, Moive, etc. (Unrestricted)    ·​ Video length : Within 5 minutes    ​·​ Size/Resolution : 1920*1080, 16:9 or higher resolution recommended    ​·​ Format : MP4, AVI, WMV, MOV, etc. (Video shooting with camera or smartphone)    ·​ Language : English with Korean subtitles / Korean with your native subtitles (Choose 1)
    • 시상내역(Prizes)
      – 상금 총액 900만원 (15편 선정)  
      – 대상(1편) 150만원 / 최우수상(2편) 115만원 / 우수상(4편) 70만원 / 장려상(8편) 30만원​  
      – Prizes worth up to KRW 9,000,000​ (15 videos total)  
      – Grand Prize(1 video) KRW 1,500,000 / First Prize(2 videos) KRW 1,150,000 /      Second Prize(4 videos) KRW 700,000 / Third Prize(8 videos) KRW 300,000

        ① 응모작 1편   ② 외국인 영상 콘텐츠 공모전 신청서 1부   ③ 외국인 증빙신청서 서류 1부   ④ 개인정보 수집 및 이용 동의서 1부        ※ 제출파일명 : 응모자 이름_작품 제목·Zip(4가지 제출서류를 하나의 파일로 압축)        ※ 신청서, 외국인 증빙서류, 개인정보 수집 및 이용동의서는 첨부된 파일에 있습니다.    ① 1 copy of video for applying this contest   ② 1 copy of application form for the contest    ③ 1 copy of Identity Verification Form    ④ 1 copy of personal information Collection·Use Consent Form      ※ Please zip all of the required submission contents including ➀,➁,➂, and ➃ into a .zip file      ※ File naming conventions: Name of applicant or team_video title.zip       ※ Forms are in the attachment
